What do you shoot?

Apparel packshots (including ghost mannequin), caps & accessories, books and stationery, pens and desk items, lifestyle flat lays, and macro/details.

Where are you based? Do you accept shipped products?

I'm in Colorado and happily work with ship-in clients. Include a packing list and label each item with its SKU. I return items after approval; return shipping is billed at cost.

What's the typical turnaround?

Most projects deliver in 3-5 business days after I receive your items. Rush is available at +30-50% depending on scope.

Do you have minimums?

Yes: 2-hour shoot minimum and 1-hour edit minimum on hourly work. Per-image packages have no hourly minimum.

Can I preview during the shoot?

Yes—optional live previews (web link) to approve angles, styling, and color before we move on.

Do you include revisions?

One round of minor tweaks is included. Additional retouching is billed hourly.

Booking & Payments

How do I book?

Use the Contact / Book form with your SKUs, goals, and timing. I'll confirm availability and send a simple estimate.

Do you require a deposit?

A 50% deposit reserves your date; the balance is due on delivery.

What's your reschedule/cancellation policy?

Reschedules are free with 48h notice. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied once to a new date within 30 days.

Image Specs & Delivery

What files will I receive?

Default is sRGB JPG for web. PNG/TIFF available on request. All files are SKU-named and organized for your store/marketplaces.

Do you provide clipping paths or transparent backgrounds?

Yes. Choose Premium Packshot or select the Clipping Path / Transparent PNG add-on.

Can you deliver specific sizes/ratios?

Yes—common ratios are 1:1, 4:5, 16:9. I follow Amazon/Shopify guidelines. Extra versions are +$5 each.

Editing & Retouching

What's included in basic vs. advanced editing?

Basic ($100/hr): dust/lint cleanup, white/black balance, simple crops. Advanced ($125/hr): ghost mannequin composites, color swaps, heavy wrinkle removal, complex reflections.

Do you do ghost mannequin?

Yes—available per-image or as an add-on: + $30 / image. Please include any removable pieces and preferred neck shape.

What other add-ons are available?

Colorway swaps (+$12/variant), Macro/Detail shots (+$15/detail), Multiple crops (+$5/version), Rush (+30-50%), Steaming & garment prep ($25/garment or $60/hr), Prop sourcing/styling ($50/hr + materials), Studio consumables ($15/booking), RAW/layered PSD delivery (+$10/image).

Usage & Licensing

How can I use the images?

Standard commercial use for your brand and channels (website, organic social, email, catalog). Need paid ads or broader usage? I can quote a simple upgrade.
