Default folder structure

• /FINAL – edited, client-ready deliverables
• /WEB – web-optimized versions (if included)
• /SOURCE – layered/source files (only if purchased/approved)
• /NOTES – readme, shot list, or delivery notes

Base naming convention (recommended)

Brand_Product-SKU_View_Variant_###.ext

If you already have a naming system

Send a sample of 5–10 filenames plus your shot list before the shoot. We can match Shopify/Amazon/DAM rules to reduce renaming work on your side.

Standard deliverables (typical)

• JPEG (sRGB) – high-quality for e-commerce & marketing
• Size – commonly 2000–4000px on the long edge (or per platform template)
• Background – pure white or clean neutral (as agreed)
• Color – edited for accurate product representation within reasonable display limits

Optional deliverables (by request)

• Transparent background PNG (cutouts)
• TIFF for print workflows

Delivery

Delivery is typically via a secure download link (Google Drive/Dropbox) or your preferred upload destination. Large projects may be delivered in batches.

Julio Jimenez Studio provides commercial product photography for e-commerce and brand marketing. Your proposal/invoice may include project-specific licensing. The summary below covers typical usage.

Typical client usage (included)

• Website & e-commerce listings (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, etc.)
• Social media and email marketing
• Digital ads and promotional graphics
• Lookbooks and standard marketing materials

Not included unless agreed in writing

• Resale/redistribution to third parties (affiliates, distributors, partners)
• Transfer of license to another brand/entity (e.g., after acquisition or rebrand)
• White-labeling or claiming authorship
• Stock licensing

Edits and alterations

Cropping/resizing and basic design overlays are fine. Please avoid heavy filters or edits that materially change color accuracy or misrepresent the product for e-commerce.

Portfolio use

Unless confidentiality is agreed upon in advance, the Studio may display delivered work in portfolios and marketing. If you have a launch date, we can hold sharing until then.

Copyright / buyouts

The Studio retains copyright ownership unless a written buyout or exclusive license is purchased. If you need exclusivity or expanded usage, request a custom quote.
